Neidong National Park

If you are staying in Taipei and have half a day for fun and you like nature, go to Neidong National Park. You can get there in 1 hour, spend 2 hours there and be back in no time.
Most hotels can help you to arrange a local driver to take you there. It is wise to let them help you, as most drivers does not speak a word English. I usually pay 3000twd for a full day, but price may vary.

In Neidong park you must pay a small fee to enter, and then you just follow the path, which will take you to the main attraction, 3 water falls. You can watch them from below or from above.

If you have more energy and time, you can pick up the trail and continue up hill. I did and was determined to reach the top. After 1 hour I was no way near it and gave up. The trip was still nice.

Neidong is a wonderful place which I recommend a lot.
